The purpose is to bridge the mind, body and energy into a synergistic vehicle for everyday living.

Conditioning methods include muscle shifting, counter balance and Jeet Kune Do to give you a solid base for strength and power.

This plan comes with 4 training sessions live with Octavio on either Zoom or in-person.

Following the conclusion of your 4th training session there will be a review to continue on the next module.
